Caricature de l'univers genré et astiqué des films Marvel, ici les héros sont représenté.e.s comme des raté.e.s qui s’attaquent à des missions absurdes, questionnant les motifs barbares des films d'action conventionnels et leurs figures archétypales.

L'installation de fenêtres imprimées dans le quartier très conservateur de Saint-Lambert impose une ouverture là où il n'y en a pas. Mine de rien, Cap'taine Fenêtre et L'autre sauvent le monde à leur façon : en fournissant des issues de secours à celleux qui étouffent sous le pare-brise des conventions hermétiques.

Capt'n Window and the Windshield Party (traduction) is a caricature of the gendered and polished universe of Marvel movies. Here, the heroes are represented as losers who go on absurd missions, questioning the barbaric motifs of conventional action films and their archetypal figures.

The installation of printed windows in the very conservative suburb of Saint-Lambert imposes an opening where there is none. Casually, Cap’taine Fenêtre and L’autre (The Other) save the world in their own way: by providing emergency exits for those who suffocate under airtight conventions.
